Wow, this place has amazing food. Their specialty seems to be skewers. However their sushi and everything was outstanding. The place is also very clean and the staff are super friendly even though the place is busy. The skewers are bite size so we should have ordered more in the beginning but you can order more as you go. The honey brick toast was delicious. It is huge and can feed four people. Parking is difficult so be warned.

First time dining here and I already want to go back! We made a reservation for 4 pretty last minute. Thank goodness for the reservation because the restaurant was pretty packed by the time we arrived! Make sure you get there on time because they have a 15 minute grace period. We ordered some yakitori, sashimi, takoyaki, and yellowtail collar. I ordered some of the yakitori with sauce and some with salt and I enjoyed the salt ones the most. My favorite was the pork belly skewer. I heard their honey toast is worth trying but sadly I was too full to order this. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Vegas!

I had received the e-mail from Yelp for the top 100 restaurants 2025, and Hachi was named #67! I've never tried Hachi before and when I saw it on the Yelp list, I just had to try it out! Hachi is a Japanese Yakitori Izakaya. It's located Jones and W Desert In Road next to a few other businesses like Café Moda and Asian BBQ & Noodle. There are plenty of parking spots. We stopped at Hachi on a Wednesday evening, around 5:20 P.M. We didn't have any reservations, but luckily, we were able to get a table seat as soon as Hachi opened at 5:30. The team member did inform us that we needed to be wrapped up by 7:00 P.M for dining reservations for the table seating, otherwise, we could have sat at the bar area. This was such an wonderful experience and I am so glad that I had a chance to go to Hachi. Hachi has so many different options - On the Yakitori Menu: Chicken Thigh Premium Wagyu Tongue Premium Wagyu Beef Chicken Cheese Yaki Cheese Tsukune Shitake Butter Shishito Pepper Salmon Collar Ikayaki and so much more! If you're looking for other alternatives, Hachi has you covered! They have bowls such as their Chashu bowl, Unagi Bowl, Oyako Don, Yakitori Bowl, Ramen, Tonkatsu and a lot more! We ended up just trying a lot of their Yakitori Menu options, Karaage, and of course, their Honey Toast!!! From the Yakitori Menu, we ordered the following Chicken Thigh Pork Belly Beef Misozuke Wagyu Beef Chicken Ume Shiso Yaki 2 x Mochi Cheese Bacon Sweet Corn Off the Yakitori Menu Karaage (2 pc) Honey Toast Everything was amazing! The Wagyu Beef was so flavorful. The sweet corn had a great char on it and was delicious! I've never had Mochi cheese bacon before and it was good! The bacon was slightly crispy on the outside! My husband enjoyed all of the other Yakitori items! The Chicken Karaage, one of Hachi's signature dishes, was awesome! The chicken pieces were relatively large and it was perfectly fried. It was super yummy! The Honey Toast takes about 20 minutes to cook. Luckily, we placed it as we were placing a second order for additional Yakitori menu items. When the Honey Toast came to our table, I couldn't believe how big it was!!! The toast was so large, and there was multiple scoops of ice cream on top! The outside was super crispy and the inside dough of the bread was so light and fluffy. The ice cream was a great addition and there was a slight honey syrup on top of the ice cream too! It was amazing! This is the best honey toast I've ever had! If you're visiting Hachi for the first time, I'd recommend getting the honey toast! The service was outstanding at Hachi and the team members here are amazing! I can't wait to go back again!

Amazing variety of small plates - loved everything we tried. They even have lemon sours and whiskey highballs in addition to traditional beer and sake. Favs - yamaimo, chirashi bowl, variety of kushiyaki (skewers), homemade chashu and of course the honey toast. Feels like I'm in Japan!

Loved it! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was lively. We had a few skewers and sushi dishes for a late dinner. The service was prompt as each dish we ordered came out at a good pace. Our main server also did a good job at explaining whether we ordered enough at first. If you don't order a whole lot at first, rest assured your following orders will come out timely even if the place is busy. One of our favorite parts was the dessert. The honey toast was large enough for four of us to share and it was mouthwatering good!

Make a reservation for 6:00 and by the time we arrive it was already packed! So if you're planning on going make sure you come early or make a reservation in advance. I order some of the skewers and bean sprout kimchi, pairing it all together with a bowl of white rice and a high bomb. Pork cheek - soft and chewy Chicken thigh - sauce ( the sauce is not my fav, I just prefer the salt version) Eel - my least favorite one - was not hot Chicken skin - kinda too chewy Beef Marinade - 10/10 the best one I tried! Pork belly w/salt - 10/10 another good one, crispy and the salt was just enough Duck w/ hachi salt - 9/10 very good but the beef was better This venue is very cramp and loud but the lighting and atmosphere is definitely more for a lively night then a calm night. A great place to hang out and drink with friends

I've been coming to Hachi for years and until now, it is definitely still one of my go to places. I do recommend booking a reservation in advance as this place can get super busy and gets a bit of a wait times. I had a reservation around 7pm and the place was packed. As soon as we were seated, we were greeted immediately. Our server was super friendly and was attentive throughout the entire meal. Foodwise, my brother and I loved their otoro and salmon belly nigiri. It just melts in your mouth and the quality is super good. The takoyaki is also one of the must trys. It's great that it's on top of a bed of soft eggs, it adds a different texture and taste to it. For skewers, I definitely recommend the eel, it's soft and melts in your mouth. This visit, we tried the Spider roll and thought it was just okay, probably wouldn't get it again. We also tried the sukiyaki this time around as it was quite cold outside. It was yummy and I loved the fact it has enoki mushrooms. It was very flavorful. I'd definitely say it is worth coming here if you are visiting, but try to reserve to avoid the long wait!

We came here for dinner with a group of 6 and was able to get reservations considering we made reservations earlier in the day. Definitely get a reservation since this place was busy. The parking lot was packed so it might be hard finding parking and also might be good to carpool. There were a lot of people here eating. Our waitress was nice and helpful when we asked about food on the menu. We ordered a lot of yakitori from waygu beef to pork belly to chicken wing to chicken thigh. We also ordered a few other dishes that I forgot the names to. There were a lot of other food on the menu that sounded good to me but that would have to be for next time. The yakitori was delicious and so good! If you're a fan of yakitori then this would be the place to go. Everything I tried was delicious and I would recommend the yakitori here. The Tiger Roll was good and the miso soup was not bad as well. I would definitely order the same things next time since they were so good. Overall, Hachi was a great place to eat some yakitori and I definitely will be back when I'm back in Las Vegas.

I remember coming here last year with some gal pals and we discovered our favorite alcoholic drink.. "The Sakari Yuzu Sake." So of course when we came back for my friends Bday we had to order the bottle. We were seated in the back area, very nice and private and cozy. The service was amazing, we literally had all of the friendliest and most attentive servers take care of us. The food was remarkably good. We ordered the chicken wings, the Yellowtail Carpaccio, Scallops, hot pot, so good! I can't wait to go back soon!!

MUST TRY PLACE IN VEGAS! Hands down favorite restaurant in Vegas. Fresh Sashimi, delicious rolls, Yummy Yakitori, this place has it all. I would make a reservation even weeks in advanced to make sure that I have a spot here. I really thought I wrote review to this place but I guess I didn't yet. This was my fourth time at this place, and I have got to say each time was just as amazing. Me and my family look forward to come to this place. Just make sure that you get there on time as you only have 15 min grace period. This place is always packed! The must try's are: Sashimi Platter (Toro Upgrade $5) Passion Roll Chicken Yakitori Bowl Yakitori Corn Bacon Mochi Premium Beef Tongue (Wagyu) These are the ones we always go to, after trying many things on their menu. Our family members like their Brick Toast, so if you like sweets you can give that a try. You cannot really go wrong with ordering anything here. I believe they told us their soy sauce is homemade, and boy is their soy sauce good. That plus fresh Sashimi, and rice cooked just right... you have to just try it yourself. Hope to visit again sometime soon, we just ate it a few days ago, and already miss it!
